Charlie Moore has been a broker of commercial/investment properties in the Charleston, South Carolina market since 1982. He holds both the distinguished CCIM designation and the coveted SIOR designation. These hard-earned designations indicate that Mr. Moore has the education, experience, professionalism and transaction volume to be recognized by national and international clients, financial institutions and investors as a proven and capable real estate professional.
In his career, Mr. Moore has brokered numerous landmark transactions involving both sales and leases. He offers a full range of service including consulting. He is an investor in industrial, multi-family and other property types.
Mr. Moore is currently a principal in and the Broker-In-Charge of Carolina Commercial, LLC, a Charleston-based full-service real estate firm. The firm’'s principals and licensed brokers have participated in the sale and lease of numerous landmark transactions in the Charleston MSA as well as other Southeast US markets.

Dunston Powell has a BS in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and received a CCIM designation in 2002, which is held by fewer than 5% of the commercial real estate brokers nationwide.
Mr. Powell has been fully vested in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1995. Prior to forming Carolina Commercial, LLC, Mr. Powell owned and operated Powell & Associates, was director of acquisitions and dispositions for Miller Development and Atlantic Marina Holdings, and was principal with NAI/Batten & Moore, LLC.
Areas of specialization include NNN single tenant investments, value add investments, marinas, land acquisitions/dispositions, industrial and retail.
Mr. Powell is active with Holy Cross Episcopal Church, ICSC, CCIM, Autism Speaks, driver for Meals on Wheels, and is a past president for Mt. Pleasant Sertoma.

William Moore, a native Charlestonian, received his B.A. in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from the College of Charleston. Much of his education included classes at the Carter Center For Real Estate School of Business. While a student, Will played four years of Division I Men's Soccer serving as captain and helped lead the College of Charleston to its first "at large" NCAA Tournament bid.
Since joining Carolina Commercial, LLC in late 2014, Will has completed transactions totaling more than $30 million. These transactions include real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing across many product types including industrial, land, office, retail, and investment properties.
Will brings intelligence, energy, and character to his commercial real estate clients and customers. The offices of Carolina Commercial provide him with immediate access and support from brokers with over 150 years of experience in real estate brokerage and consulting. Will has extended his postgraduate real estate education and earned the CCIM designation in 2019.
